A better understanding of the Arctic environment will allow the recommendation of concrete and rational actions, towards sustainable development and health.

Section 1

The near real-time analysis of changes in the Arctic will make it possible to implement an intervention strategy adapted to the reality of the North. By mitigating impacts on northern regions, decisions made by authorities based on the Sentinel North research program will influence the drivers of climate and industrial change in the North.

Sentinel North builds on established collaborations with national and international organizations and networks that are integral to our understanding of the Arctic environment, providing the information necessary for sound decision-making and policy.
